Lunch deals are a great option to try the different dishes on offer but do note that none of the lunch dishes are available on the main menu. I do assure you that their pizza doughs are more delicious than you may think, not like your ordinary takeaway doughs. Yes, you can even order and get takeaways to bring back home to share with family and friends. Having a wide variety of pasta dishes allows you to choose what you like as well as for those who aren't feeling like pasta, then why not try some of their mains such as Barra or Steak and so on.
'Pizza Bianca Italiana' ($7.9) is a medium pizza base topped with olive oil, garlic, ham, mushrooms and mozarella cheese. What I really enjoyed was the amount of toppings placed on top was quite sufficient however for some reason, they seemed to have put most of the toppings on one area this time.
The pizza dough was chewy but the crust was crispy and have a nice curve and fold which allows the centre of the pizza dough to be able to suck in and show off all the goodness and toppings. A simple pizza but was delicious, ham and mushrooms with garlic and mozarella cheese is a good combination.. which kind of reminds me of brekky really and oh, the ham slices were abit too big so it would have been nicer if they were slightly smaller but everywhere.
'Lunch Sliders' (Choice of 2 out of 3 flavours: $9.90) chosen were the Chicken Tender and Angus Beef sliders which both have its own distinct taste and combination in each. Sliders are basically mini burgers I may say but then, if there were a platter of sliders, it is always great to be able to try this and that and so on rather than having one massive burger then realising it's not as yummy or the other one actually looked better. But then, if you already have your own favourite burger, then a big burger will of course leave you with a big smile before and after.
The chicken tender slider had crumbed chicken, cos lettuce, caesar dressing on a toasted brioche bun. It is a much simpler slider when compared to the Angus Beef having grilled angus beef patty, cheese, tomato, lettuce and mustard mayo on a toasted brioche bun. Having a delicious and well toasted burger bun really affects how your overall will taste and your dining experience along with it. I preferred the Angus beef over the Chicken tender as I felt that it gave more of a punch and a better flavour overall.
